Most often a “full” or “complete” appraisal is needed, using the industry standard Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR).  Our reports are in full compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).  We also provide limited appraisal services and a variety of summary and restricted appraisal report formats.

With the use of digital imaging, digital mapping and the capability of delivering computer generated reports, our goal is to provide quality, accurate, competitively priced reports to our clients in a timely responsive manner.  We offer electronic transmission of our reports in digital format for those clients capable of receiving Electronic Data Interchange reports.  We are capable of transmitting complete EDI reports, including photos and all addenda, with the use of the ACI Collection for Windows.  We are able to transmit files in PDF (Acrobat Portable Document Format) for those clients who are able to view and print electronic copies of completed appraisals.
